Booking a Session

You can book both face to face and virtual sessions below.  

Alternatively, please use the Contact Us page to ask any questions you may have.  You can also call me for a chat. 

• All appointments need to be paid for at the time of booking.  This payment is non refundable unless the booking is cancelled with more than 24 hrs notice.
• In the event you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact me with as much notice as you can, this must be at least 24 hrs.
• When booking a therapy package, such as Stop Smoking, please book your first appointment and we will book subsequent appointments at this time.
• All appointments are confirmed by SMS (number ending 0358), please do not use this number to contact us, it is just an automated message service.  Our contact number is below.
